Hiring Parish Administrative Assistant

(Part-time Position)

Our  Parish Office is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to split the duties with the current admin.


Admin assistants operate the parish office reception desk, facilitating communication with parishioners, volunteers, and guests, both in person and by phone, mail, and email. Admin assistants also work collaboratively with the parish staff in maintaining the organization of parish files, registrations, records, and accomplishing other secretarial tasks.


Additional training will be provided as needed for job skills. Maximum 18 hours a week, Monday—Friday, shifts occur between 9 AM – 4 PM.
